A number of people notice that the justice system (just us?) is corrupted and that it only seems to be about money. If banks create money from thin air then loan it at interest, who ends up with all the money and what do they do with that money? Well governments go bust so the banksters take over governments and the court system and there goes justice - to the jurisdiction of the banksters and the entities that the banksters create. You are not a "person", you have a person which the banksters / government have created. There are two worlds: private and public. Two sides to a coin. There is the land mass commonly known as Australia, and the corporation called "Commonwealth Of Australia" whose interests are their own profit and money - go do a search at www.sec.gov if you don't believe me. It is about jurisdiction.

You may choose to continue your life in the everyday life, or learn this stuff. Eventually they may come after you or someone you know. History repeats itself if allowed to and the masses are ignorant, though if enough people wake up, things change for the better. For some reason, you may end up in a pickle - and the elites are clamping down on ignorant slaves as the elites desperately struggle to keep their power base going.

Cut the snakes head off by learning this stuff and applying it where you can. Learn the money system especially. Get your assets into a trust.

Before taking on presentments, you must study the material below and become familiar with how it all works. It is no use using the letters if you don't know what the terms in the letter mean - you could wind up in trouble instead of coming to remedy. It involves a new mindset - take control of your life and think for yourself - each to their own, form study groups, and share experiences with others.

If you are one of the sheeple who prefers to pay someone else to write the letters for you while you sit at home watching TV, watch out! Writing to your adversary is only a small portion of settling the matter - the rest relies on you being able to sense the game should your adversary try to recontract or turn up on your doorstep for a friendly chat like what they done for me on two occasions.

Care is taken in preparing the documents but you are liable for your actions. I do not claim to know everything and I don't have first hand personal knowledge of everything but I can only give you some information to get you started on your way to finding the truth. I have dealt with presentments previously. No two peoples' notices are the same.

I recommend you follow the material on this page downwards in the order it is shown - this will help you know the workings more easily.

The short of it (read this first!)

Extract:
1. Are you aware that you are not a “person”, because the statute law also defines a “person” as a corporate entity?
2. Are you aware that the registered name that appears on your birth certificate is not your name, but a carefully engineered trade-name that sounds exactly the same as your true, proper-name?
3. Are you aware that there is no provision in the rules that govern the English language to allow for a proper-name, i.e. John Doe Smith to be written in all-capital-letters, i.e. JOHN DOE SMITH and any such alteration turns your proper-name into a fictitious corporate trade-name, which is defined as a nom de guerre? 4. Are you aware that the Governor-General of the “Commonwealth of Australia” did not proclaim an end to the Second World War and that this is one of the main reasons why the fictitious corporate trade-name, that appears on all your legal documents i.e. a charge and summons from the police, your drivers license, passport, home loan, car registration, telephone account, etc. etc., is not your true, proper-name, but your government created nom de guerre?
5. Are you aware that when you go to court, you are being subjected to admiralty law (military law) not the common law which protects your inalienable human rights, one of which includes a compulsory trial by jury, i.e. a court hearing that is absolutely free and governed by twelve of your peers, not some tyrant sitting in a chair higher than yours?
6. Are you aware that the “Commonwealth of Australia” registration number (CIK 0000805157) is not a country, but a privately owned foreign corporation, which is registered on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission?
7. Are you aware that the “Reserve Bank of Australia” (NRET 066 319 864), the bank that creates all our money, is a privately owned foreign corporate bank, and that our “money is backed by nothing”, that is, thin air, not by gold as you have been led to believe?
8. Are you aware that “the Government” used your original registration of birth document to formulate a cestui que trust, and then issued Treasury Securities in the form of Treasury Bonds, to raise capital in exchange for guaranteeing your original registration of birth document, as a security i.e. collateral, for the fiat money that was created; at the same time, investing the proceeds in the stocks and/or bonds market?
9. Are you aware that the “Victoria Police” (NRGD 050 797 763) is a privately owned foreign corporation and has no authority to intervene in any of your private affairs?
10. Are you aware that all this goes on right before your eyes, every moment of your day, and that this predicament has absolutely no force and effect without your consent. That’s right, because if you assert “I DO NOT CONSENT” the police, the courts, the tax office, the banks, etc., etc., all of which are in-fact privately owned foreign corporations, cannot make you comply with their terms and conditions? If you do not consent, then they will have no control over your life.

My comments to add to the extract:
Who or what are these guys' head of power? Is it not a divine creator?
Can the created rule the creator or rule in place of the creator?
Who are the courts and law enforcement accountable to? The people or the banksters?
Isn't common law the basis of and superior to statute law?
You are not obliged to comply with what your adversary demands of you while ever you have served them with a notice asking questions (conditional acceptance) / affidavit, and they are in dishonour by not replying. This includes courts.
Police officers have two roles: peace officers and policy enforcement officers. Ask which role are they serving as and was there a breach of peace. If no breach, ask are you free to go, and is this a transaction of a security interest (dealing with someone other than you the living being). Then tell them you are leaving then peacefully attempt to leave. More info on that one.

Positions of power:
1. Divine creator
2. People
3. Government
4. Persons

Who created people? The divine creator. Can the people rule over the divine creator? No.
Who created government? The people. Can the government rule over the people other than for keeping the peace and rule of the divine creator? No, unless you are crazy enough to think you are a person.
Can the creation rule the creator of that creation? No.

The roots of evil:

Money being financed to certain interests, and uncertain terms in contracts.

It amazes me people who fight unfair traffic fines and still want to keep their rotten driver license??? Do you even know what a driver license is? An adhesion contract with the state and stepping down to strawman position, handing over your rights in exchange for a plastic card saying you can drive. If it gets cancelled, the contract is closed. Though it can be good for ID purposes other than road use. If you hand your license to a police on the road, you are entering contract and they have a strawman to pick at! Is it a transaction of a security interest? Has there been a breach of the peace?
Who's driver license? The states? The only thing that is yours on it is your photo and signature! Its not your name on that document! Could always hand it to them under duress and fight it through court all the way to the top - they aint spending no cake the bank notes you know they all fake!

Were all conditions required to enforce the contract and make it binding, were met by
(a) full & complete disclosure,
(b) equal consideration,
(c) lawful terms & conditions; and
(d) signature of the parties
???

(they usually come back with no relevant response, avoiding your points raised questions....)

Who are you?
John Doe Smith? John Doe SMITH? or JOHN DOE SMITH?
Can you tell the difference? Who is the living being?
It's all in the NAME!

Sometimes they address the strawman using your Title Case name - ask lots of questions to find out what the matter is really about.

What is your name? John Doe Smith. BZZZZT - WRONG! I don't have a name, I think my first name was "its a boy", but I am commonly known as John Doe of the family: Smith

I don't know when I was born - my parents say I was born on (month day year)

Learn the meanings of words!

Person? Driver? Representative? License? - Not all what you think they are! A person is not only a living being but also includes corporations or legal fictions (example)

Handling presentments:

Honour - Full acceptance - you receive a fine so you pay it.
Honour - Conditional acceptance (read email message)
Refusal for cause, without dishonour - refuse their offer based on your beliefs, and give them opportunity to prove you are wrong.
Dishonour - silence - do nothing and you accept the terms of whatever they plan to do (eg. arrest / imprisonment)
Dishonour - argue - "I wasn't speeding..."

Always, always, always unconditionaly accept their offers.

When you have it on paper, notarized with proof of service YOU WIN!!!
Do you think for one minute they will drag you into court when they are in dishonour?
That simply means they are the ones seeking conflict.
And you have proof of clean hands. (you offered to settle and they refused)
So, just put down your stick, pick up your pen with a notary (or JP / registered mail) and put that to them!
It's much more fun and there are no hard feelings.

Courts
Courts are not the most pleasant place, and probably for a good reason - they too are foreign owned profit motivated corporations. So why would you give consent to a corporation to determine a matter where banks create money out of nothing to pay the judge to bias the ruling?

Do not consent to the court handling in the matter but mail in your affidavit via registered mail with delivery confirmation for them to witness the rubbish going on, and they will send you a thank you letter.
If you are dragged into court under threat / duress, go in, ask if anyone has a claim against you and are you free to go. If not, adjourn the matter to settle with injured party privately because you do not want to be in court challenging the courts jurisdiction for a lengthy period of time before you even hit the real matter of interest. You may also want to raise the "there appears to be a dispute of title" then the judge will yell and scream for you to leave the building!

Accept it for value!
Not my can of worms and it doesn't work for many people.

So you get a court order and they fail to look at your documents or the judge goes out of control - who are they interested in dealing with!? The corporation / legal fiction straw person!
One way of looking at it is that the straw person has a public set-off account for meeting certain financial obligations.
You will need to file a UCC1 and have a certified copy of your birth certificate "accepted for value" to hand to them with the court order accepted for value.
The other way is that the court is like a bank - issues an order with a payment slip at the bottom. You accept it for value and return it for value with your Employer Identification Number (Tax File Number) and / or Social Security Number, date and signature. And if they claim you haven't paid - ask them what happened to the note you accepted for value!?

What is the definition of payment? Definitions of other words on their bills? Where is all the lawful money of substance? How can you pay if you have no money of substance and no one is injured?

Your strawman - take a look at "your" driver license, bank card, Medicare card: whose name is on it? Not yours! You write your name in Title Case (John Doe Smith).

Claim Of Right - I know one man who has his own home made number plates printed out of his computer and laminated and has had no trouble with the police.

Handling traffic tickets - Some tickets are justified, others are not. Where does the money go to anyways?

Handling (potentially) fraudulent bank loans / credit card sharks - the bankster solicitor was really mad at me on the phone when I tried it for some fun haha =) he quietened down when I talked some more!

Trespassing notices - hold them liable if they proceed to unlawfully trespass on your property - car included.
