Accepted (For?) As Value
For information / entertainment purposes only, and definately not for those who intend on disturbing the peace.
I don't believe this is a "one size fits all" but may be a helper in settling and closing matters. To use it, it is a good idea to redeem your strawman although some have been hammered using the UCC1 Financing Statement. I haven't gone this far yet although plan on doing in the near future.
Read email correspondence below.
Take a look at "your" driver license, bank card, Medicare card: whose name is on it? Not yours! You write your name in Title Case (John Doe Smith).
Think of a bunch of guys who decide they'll build a McDonalds franchise without notifying anyone - sure they can collect profits whilever no one complains. When the real McDonalds corporation comes along, they can complain that the guys are using the McDonalds name to profit from, and so the real McDonalds corporation is entitled to collect the profits of the backyard guys! The banksters create a corporation using your name to make profit from - that's your strawman "JOHN DOE SMITH" "John Doe SMITH" or any other variant.
Ways to look at it:
One way of looking at it is that the straw person has a public set-off account for meeting certain financial obligations.
The other way is that the court is like a bank - issues an order with a payment slip at the bottom. You accept it for value and return it for value with your Employer Identification Number (Tax File Number) and / or Social Security Number, date and signature. And if they claim you haven't paid - ask them what happened to the note you accepted for value!?
You'll need a UCC1 filing and a certified copy of birth certificate accepted for value to present with the accepted for value presentment.
Now how do you claim money against that strawman?
When you were born into this world, your parents may most likely have signed you over to the state. When you are signed over to the state, a strawman is created - your name in UPPER CASE. What is this document you receive when your parents sign you over to the state? A birth certificate! Take a look at your birth certificate - all or part of your name will be in UPPER CASE.
The strawman is like a business - with an authorized representative.
With any documentation you send in to the court, you can ask to discharge / set off any associated court costs against the account# <birth certificate#>. You can also use the accepted as value option for any presentments you get.
Crunching the numbers:
When you set off a presentment, you use the accepted as value method. Take a red pen and write diagonally across the presentment:
Offer accepted as value / accepted for value and returned for value as consideration for settlement and closure of the account
Signed: <in red>
Date: <date>
<EIN / Tax File Number>
What is the name of the strawman account anyways?
Subject: Re: Plan Of Attack - Response To IRS Frivolous Filing Letter
Quote: I am a little concerned about the use of the term "treasury direct account" because that is a term that we used in the early years of redemption, then Barton talked with IRS people at the Treasury, and they called it a "UCC contract Treasury Trust Account," and more recently Winston and Sam and others are calling it a Private Offset Account in relation to the secured party, and a Pass Through Account in relation to the debtor, probably because we are now sending in bonds to establish this "account." It was pointed out fairly early that it is not a TDA, and it was recommended those filings that went into Treasury that way should be re-done. A TDA is a special account that is set up with Treasury for purchasing Treasury securities. I was surprised to see that term being used again. -End quote

(An email forward I once received on this topic)
Dear Jack,
Let's put it to a Jury.
I have a small forest of documents, witnessed and sealed....all of which the evil Judges disregard.
No Juries = No Justice.
No Justice = No Freedom.
What did Patrick Henry say about Liberty????
Yours sincerely,
John.
PS: I have already volunteered to 2 separate psychiatric assessments...both reports were in my favour and even (would be believe) complimenatry.
Accept it for value!
So you get a court order and they fail to look at your documents or the judge goes out of control - who are they interested in dealing with!? The corporation / legal fiction straw person!
